An Oak Ridge, Tenn., woman injured when a deck collapsed beneath her has filed a lawsuit for $625,000 against the homeowners where the accident occurred. Patricia Graham claimed in a lawsuit she went to the house in August 2014 to look at a puppy she hoped to buy. As she waited on the deck by the front door, the structure collapsed. Graham fell six feet to the ground, injuring her head, neck, and back. As she lay on the ground, the complaint continued, a ladder fell off the deck and hit her on the back of the head.
