Annoying google ads bar in PM page

When I open my PM's part of the window is permanently blocked by google ads and it runs from top to bottom and splits the window on the right side....is there anything someone can do to move it further to the right so it doesn't split the window?

You know, I had never noticed that before until I was reading a post today. I could not read the post, too much missing info. The post actually continued beyond the ads.
