Butyl Rubber Removal from Pro Cell Deck

We recently had our windows replaced and now that the contractor is gone, I'm seeing a lot of places on our Pro Cell deck with drops and smears of butyl rubber (remnants of the window removal and installation).

Any suggestions for removing the butyl rubber?
