tile deck over modified roof

Hi All,
Just wondering if any of you out there have ever built a structure with a modified roof and then put a tile deck on top? My client wants such an animal and I'm at a loss on how to bid/build it.

I did that. I built a pergola and bench on a flat roof deck out from a bed room. I had the roofer put down that heavy rubber pad first. I attached the bench and pergola as a monolithic as possible structure to the studs and rafter ends. I let the floor joist float on top of the rubber allowing for drainage thru the deck. There is a room underneath. It has been up for over 10 years and no problems.
