we waterproof decks using plywood then rubber and then sleepers. it is a process im sure many of us have done but the room below is not always a finished room. It seems some of these deck waterproofing companies have an easier way. I have done a little research but there are quite a few companys out there that waterproof an elevated deck. does anybody have any experience with them?

I have cleaned some of these rubber coverings on decks as they do get dirty over time. They look nice and from what the home owner has told me, it seals the water out just like a regular rubber roof would. The only downside I noticed on the particular ones I cleaned, were a few low spots that held water which overtime would break down the material. Other than that I have no experience in installing them.

Hi All!
First post here. I have a 10'X20' portion of a trex deck (5 yrs old). I would like to use the crawl space (3' high) below for storage. I'm looking for a cheap way to waterproof the deck. I appreciate your help.
thanks,
vic
