Cold hands? Dead tool batteries? Frozen adhesive? Here's a cold-weather tip from a Rhode Island contractor, who says that life is better after taking a couple of hours to throw this jobsite hotbox together from scraps of plywood and pieces of leftover 2” polyiso foam. It has a hinged lid with a lip that overhangs the sides to keep the water out, and recycled handles from an old window delivery. Heat is provided by a 110V space heater inside, which is fed from an extension cord.
